Managed vendor calls
Use GridRouter's vendor accounts when you don't have your own.
A managed call uses GridRouter's own vendor account. You pay the vendor's list price plus your plan's markup, and nothing when a per-hit vendor finds nothing. Higher plans pay a smaller markup because they already pay for the platform.
Your keys, never metered. Bring your own vendor key and those calls are routed, logged, cached and scored like any other, and cost $0 in GridRouter credit on every plan.

Credits
Prepaid credit pays for managed calls and overages. Buy a pack, or turn on auto-recharge.
A 5.5% top-up fee (minimum $0.80) is added at checkout. Any amount from $5 to $10,000; auto-recharge is in billing settings.

Pricing questions
What counts as a logged call?
Every call GridRouter makes or answers for you, including failed ones and BYOK calls, because each one is kept in your call log. Reads, exports and cache lookups don't count.
What happens when I go past my plan?
Nothing breaks. Calls keep working and each extra 100k logged calls costs $2 from your credit balance, so a busy month never takes you offline. Upgrade if it keeps happening.
Why are cache hits free?
Your private cache holds answers you already paid a vendor for. Serving them again costs us almost nothing, so it costs you nothing, and you pay each vendor once per fact.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits don't expire. Promotional grants, such as the signup credit, expire after 90 days. Unused purchased credit is refundable within 30 days, less the top-up fee.
How does bring-your-own-key work?
Add a vendor key under Settings, Vendor keys. Calls that use it are routed, logged, cached and scored like any other and cost $0 in GridRouter credit, on every plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply as soon as the payment clears. Downgrades apply immediately, and you keep reading your previous plan's log history for 30 days so nothing disappears by surprise.
