What you get
Cache hits are free
A fully fresh record answers instantly and costs nothing, and the log shows what it saved.
Partial hits fill the gaps
When some fields are fresh, only the missing ones are fetched; a waterfall skips providers whose fields you already have.
Found by any identity
A record enriched by email is found again by LinkedIn URL, name at domain or domain, after normalizing inputs.
TTLs per field class
Work email 90 days, phone 180, title 30, signals 1, and your own overrides, never longer than the provider's terms allow.
Isolated and encrypted
Keys include your workspace id and values are sealed with AES-256-GCM under a key only your workspace can unwrap.
Purge and forget
Purge by key, tag or capability, forget everything about one person, or shred the whole cache.
How it works
Call /v1/run or a waterfall as usual; successful answers are cached for your workspace.
The next lookup for the same person or company is answered from the cache, field by field.
Tune TTLs per field, or control the cache per request with execution options.

Is cached data shared with other customers?
No. Nothing is shared between workspaces: cache keys include your workspace id and values are encrypted with your workspace's own key.
What does a cache hit cost?
Nothing. The call log records what the hit saved you.
Can I skip the cache for one call?
Yes. Set the cache mode in the call's execution options, or send Cache-Control: no-cache to refresh.
