Plans and pricing
Every workspace is on Free at launch. What Free includes, what is always free, and how metered plans will work.
Launch
Every workspace is on Free, at no cost. Calls run on your own vendor keys and GridRouter never charges for them. Nothing can be bought yet: paid plans, credit top-ups and GridRouter's managed vendor accounts are coming soon.

GridRouter never charges for:
- Calls made with your own vendor keys (BYOK). Your vendor bills you, and billing verification checks that it billed correctly.
- Failed calls, and misses on vendors that charge per hit.
- Private cache hits.
- Reads of your own data, logs and the catalog, and exports in any format.
How paid plans will be metered
GridRouter prices the platform, not the data. When paid plans open, a plan's limits are soft: going past one never breaks a call, and the overage is billed per block (logged calls, cached records and stored bodies, each measured as a monthly average). Calls on GridRouter's managed vendor accounts will be charged at the vendor's price plus a published markup, from a prepaid balance.
Money in the API is always integer micro-USD: 1,000,000 is $1. GET /v1/plans and
GET /v1/entitlements return the plan definitions and your workspace's current limits.
